AB Performance Nutrition Cancellation Policy

​If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice.

Cancellation notice must be sent 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment time to avoid a $40 non-attendance fee.

If you cancel within the 24 hour window you will be charged this fee.

We do not aim to make profits from cancellation fees,  rather to make sure those appointment times are kept available for those who need them,  and to ensure that you respect our time.

We do appreciate that in some circumstances short notice may be unavoidable and therefore emergency circumstances will be taken into consideration.

Please give your calendar a thorough look before booking,  and reserve re-scheduling for emergencies only.

This policy is to ensure we are able to provide all clients with a premium service.
