AB PERFORMANCE NUTRITION NDIS SERVICES & FEES
Our dietitian Aleesha supports self and plan managed NDIS participants maximise their health and wellbeing through good nutrition. Please note we are not registered providers, so you will not be able to use your NDIA-managed funding to pay for our services.
These are our standard consultation fees. Please inform us when booking if you require longer appointment times. We charge the maximum claimable rate outlined in the current NDIS Price Guide which is $193.99 per hour (as of Oct 2022).
Participants must have self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funding to use our services Please note these are only offered by our Accredited Dietitian Aleesha.
20 min roadmapping session with Aleesha (please complete prior to booking initial consultation)
Individual 60 minute nutrition consultation - $193.99
Individual 30 minute nutrition consultation (review) - $96.00
Package 1 - 1 x initial 60 min consultation, 2 x 60 min review consultations - $581.97
Package 2 - 1 x initial 60 min consultation, 4 x 60 min review consultations - $969.95
Package 3 - 1 x initial 60 min consultation, 9 x 60 min review consultations - $1939.9
NDIS report writing (1 hour) - $193.99
NOTE: When you book an NDIS appointment with us you will be required to agree to and sign a separate services agreement outlining the conditions of NDIS services provided by AB Performance Nutrition.
