My experience working with Belle has been great and can not recommend her highly enough if you are looking to improve your health, diet or looking to aid your physical performance for your sport. She has help me massively going into my third year on an AFL list, through being able to help work on my body composition and drop my weight while maintaining enough energy to keep my performance high. Overall Bel has helped me massively and has given me a greater understanding of different ways and techniques to healthy eating and dieting. Which has allowed me to have my best pre season yet and feeling the fittest and strongest I have ever felt.
I have struggled for as long as I can remember with my food since a kid, labelled a fussy eater, I have seen many dietitian's in my time and none I have worked better with than Belle. Belle is so kind and was quick to help me make an attack plan. In 6 months, I have improved so much thanks to her, I am now eating so many more different foods, am not afraid to try new ones as much and have improved my cooking skills. Also, I have a much better understanding of what I need to fuel my body for sport or a day of study.
Belle helps you take the things that you know already about what you 'should' do and helps navigate how to embed healthy behaviours into your life. I am highly motivated and able to lose weight/keep fit but was finding it hard to stay consistent and navigate things such as hard times with work and lack of sleep. Belle was able to help get my sleep, eating, and balance on track. Her tips have helped me meet my fitness goals but also improved my lifestyle and energy. I find checking in with her is really what makes each fortnight so successful and she makes the whole process so rewarding.
